Orchids

To start this page I wnat to show a few pictures of one of my first orchids that I had. In the meantime I have acquired quite a few more and rare species. Unfortunately as yet I have not got any pictures of them. They will be posted here as soon as I have some.


	This is a Phalaenopsis hybrid, probably one of the most common orchids sold these days by flower shops. Beautiful flowers that last many weeks, very hardy plant that can dry out without being damaged. Once the flowers are wilted, cut the stalk back a bit and a new flower stalk will sprout within a few weeks! Great plant.
